Important Information Regarding COVID-19

The safety and well-being of our patients, and our staff is of the utmost importance at our office. As our federal and state guidelines on wearing a mask are easing, the CDC emphasizes in all healthcare facilities that all staff, patients, and visitors should continue to wear masks as recommended. We will continue to refer to the CDC’s infection prevention and control guidance for recommendations regarding source control and physical distancing. If you do not have a mask let us know and we would be happy to give you one.

Covid-19 Prescreening: Prescreening will be performed in person on the day of the appointment.

Mask Requirements: All patients are required to wear a mask while in the building or in the office. If you do not have one, we would be happy to provide you with a disposable mask.

Hand Sanitizer: We have hand sanitizer available for use in the office.

Temperature Checks: We will take your temperature as well as your pulse and oxygen level.

Social Distancing: We would ask that you try to distance yourself from other patients in the reception area. We will escort you to a treatment room as quickly as possible.

Limitations on Companions: It is best not to bring people with you to your appointment unless you are a pediatric patient, special needs patient, an elderly patient that needs extra help, or someone that has taken oral sedation medication. We will screen a patient’s companion and they should also wear a mask in the office.

Our Staff and Dr. Jensen are fully vaccinated!
